To develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy of our client, we are looking for a Customer Care and Community Manager fort he german market In this role you will work in a young, dynamic and strong growing company with headquarter nearby Ghent.
You will be the single point of contact for clients in the German community and you will provide support and advise about the food and nutrients .Trough various channels inlcuding email and social media you will develop and maintain an excellent client experience.
To create growth within the community you wil be responsible for the content creation and social media planning.
So, do you have an outstanding knowledge of English and off course German? Are you interested in vegan lifestyle and food nutritions? You are fluent in German, both spoken and written with excellent copywriting skills;
You speak fluently English;
You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in customer service or community management;

You have a bachelors degree. Communication or (digital) marketing is a plus.
